On Monday evening the biggest cultural event ever held in this newly-independent nation took place on Jaz beach, Budva - The Rolling Stones' 'Big Bang' concert. Among the 55,000 people estimated to have attended were the presidents of 3 countries - Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia - who joined the entire Montenegrin government in the VIP area.
