Kotor old town

Stari Grad Apartment is located within the walls of the beautiful medieval town of Kotor.The town is situated between dramatic limestone mountains and the fabulous bay of Kotor and by day or night is a hub of activity with boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, all just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Kotor is the perfect place to sit in the warm Mediterranean sun and watch the world go by.

Stari Grad apartment is on the first floor of an old Venetian building and has been renovated and comfortably furnished.

Kotor itself is steeped in history and is a UNESCO protected World Heritage Site. There is plenty to explore; within the town's walls are ancient churches, museums and lovely palaces. Outside the old town walls you can stroll along the waterfront to nearby villages enjoying the view of the awesome boka Kotorska.

The town also makes a great base from which to explore: the beaches around Budva are less than 30 minutes drive and the wonderful baroque town of Perast is just 10 minutes away.

No cars are allowed within the old town, but several car parks are available just outside the town walls, a few minutes walk from the apartment.
