There is also an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants within the walls of the old town, serving great Italian food as well as delicious, freshly caught seafood dishes. By day or night Kotor is alive with activity and remains an authentically local town.

Outside the ramparts is the stunningly beautiful Boka Kotorska Europe's most southerly fjord. From Kotor you can stroll along the waters edge to one of the peaceful villages nearby, enjoying the fantastic views on the way, or find a place to take a dip in the water.
