How to book

Please contact us to discuss your requirements or check availability of your chosen property. We recommend that you book as early as possible to get the holiday you want.

We will be happy to offer help with other details of your holiday arrangements including airport transfers and car hire. To confirm your booking you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost. Full payment is required to confirm a booking where your holiday departure date is within ten weeks. We will reserve a property for up to five working days. It is assumed that you have read and accepted our Booking Conditions. You must also ensure that you are adequately insured for you holiday.

Full passport names and dates of birth of all party members
Addresses for all party members
Contact details of a friend or relative in the UK who we can call in the case of an emergency while you are on holiday
Payment details

Once we have made the requested reservations we will send you a Booking Confirmation and Invoice confirming all details. This will include a returnable Security Deposit.

We ask that you pay the balance no less than 10 weeks before departure.

We will consult you if we cannot make any of the arrangements (unless it is a minor detail) and will refund your deposit in full if we are unable to arrange the holiday requested or offer an acceptable alternative.

Ensure all information given to us is correct, as any changes at a later date will be subject to amendment fees.
